Christ: Nativity -- Beneath rays issuing from Star of Bethlehem and shed with hole in roof and canopy, kneels Virgin Mary, nimbed, with joined hands raised, part of her mantle spread on ground on which lies Christ Child, nude, emitting rays, beside Joseph the Carpenter, hooded, with joined hands raised, partly kneeling, all before ox and ass, scene in landcape with trees and hills in background.
Borders decorated with foliate and floreate ornament, including strawberries and roses, on geometric background.
Initial D of Deus decorated with daisy in infilling at beginning of Prime for Hours of the Virgin.
