Trinity: God, Christ of Sorrows and Dove -- Within cloudy mandorla and flanked by sun and moon, God, rays as nimbus, wearing crowned tiara surmounted by cross, sits on throne beneath canopy inscribed SANCTA TRINITAS VNVS DEVS, and supports with right hand, body of Christ, rays as nimbus, wearing crown of thorns and loin cloth, bleeding from wounds in head, hands, side and feet. Dove of Holy Ghost flies between them. All are flanked by two angels pulling back the canopy panels.

Margins inhabited by two moths, two flies and butterfly and scattered with naturalistic flowers including dianthus, viola, columbine, forget-me-not and rose; against gold background.
