Simeon, nimbed, stands on other side of altar, holding with draped hands, nude Christ Child, nimbed, extending arms toward Virgin Mary. Anna the Prophetess, holding candle with left hand, man holding candle with right hand and cleric, tonsured, holding open book stand in background.
Scene in church with vault, canopy, windows, decorated wall and tile floor.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including strawberry, grape vine, and viola, and inhabited by nude man with bow and arrow emerging from flower, and man wearing hat and hood, playing hurdy-gurdy, emerging from flower.
