Christ: Presentation -- Joseph the Carpenter, wearing hat, and Simeon, nimbed, dressed as High Priest, hands draped, stand behind draped altar under altar-canopy with patterned fabric. Before the altar, Virgin Mary, nimbed, in profile, hands draped, kneels holding Christ child, cross-nimbed, in swaddling clothes. Behind the Virgin stands prophetess Anna, nimbed, right hand holding candle, left hand holding basket with three doves.
