Song of Solomon: Sealed Fountain -- Bucket hangs from cross-bar between two tall uprights, flanked by six trees. Below ground fountain, within frame is visible. All is enclosed by circular wall pierced by the two uprights.
Caption, ORTUS CONCLUSUS ET FONS SIGNATUS SIGNAT MARIAM, is inscribed above scene.
Right column:
Balaam: opposed by Angel -- Balaam, name inscribed BALAAM, wearing hat, raising club with right hand, is astride bridled ass, holding reins with left hand. Angel, labelled ANGEL(U)S, grasps ear of ass with left hand and raises sword with right hand. Star is above.
