In left margin, monogram S is entwined with knotted and looped cordeli³•re (widow's knotted cord), with ends terminating in tassels, above spiraled scroll inscribed TANT DES PAINE ET PVIS MOUVRIR. Below, monogram A is encircled by another knotted and looped cordeli³•re. At upper right is a second monogram A, encircled by a knotted cordeli³•re, and at lower right, a second monogram S, encircled by a knotted cordeli³•re. In center margin, floreate ornament.
