New Testament:
Christ: Flight into Egypt, Life in Egypt -- Christ as youth, nimbed, is seated, holding spindle with right hand and yarn winder with left hand. Virgin Mary, nimbed, holding yarn from distaff with both hands, sits next to Him, looking down toward Him. At right, Joseph the Carpenter, wearing pouch at waist, raising adze with both hands, stands between two trestles (saw horses) supporting board. Behind Christ, headless, handless idol falls from column; head and hands are on ground. In foreground at right is cooking pot (?) and object.
Caption MARIAE WOHNUNG IN EGIPTENLAND MIT IOSEPH UND IHESU IREM LIEBEN KHIND is above miniature.
Prophets:
At left, half-figures of two prophets, one wearing hat, each hold blank scroll.
At right, half-figure of Isaiah wearing hat, grasping beard with right hand, holding scroll with inscription from Isaiah 19; half-figure of prophet, wearing hat holding blank scroll with both hands, one draped.
Old Testament:
1) Moses: Golden Calf -- Moses, raises axe with right hand, above golden calf held by left hand of Moses on altar. One of four men behind Moses raises both hands; one of three men behind the altar raises right hand to head and grasps beard with left hand; another man grasps beard with left hand.

2) Dagon: Fall -- At left, headless, handless idol falls. Head and hands are on ground next to ark as building, labelled ARCA, on cart. In center, headless, handless idol labelled DAGON falls from column next to ark as building labelled ARCA D(OMI)NI on altar (?).
