Christ: among Doctors -- Seven doctors, wearing pointed hats, sit on bench. The foremost raises hands toward Christ Child, cross-nimbed, standing on podium and raising His left hand, beside Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, holding book.
All are beneath domed vault of temple, from which hangs vase containing four lamps. Two buildings are at sides.
