Malchus of Maronia: Scene, saved by Lion -- Malchus of Maronia, nimbed, wearing cap and monk’s habit, beside another nimbed monk, wearing hooded habit, both under arched entrance of cave and behind beast-like lion swallowing man. At right, among two men mounted on bridled camels, one raising sword and one raising scimitar.
