Angel, Archangel Michael: transfixing Satan -- Archangel Michael, wearing armor, holds cross staff in right hand and shield in left hand. He stands upon bestial devil, on ground, with right hand and foot raised. Scene in landscape setting.
Margin is decorated with floreate border, including daisies and thistles, inhabited by musician, playing bagpipe, wild man, and hybrid figure with body of bird, holding mirror and comb.
