1) Christ: noli me tangere -- In initial L decorated with geometric ornament and foliate spandrels, Mary Magdalen, nimbed, beside a tree, kneels with her joined hands raised toward Christ, cross-nimbed, wearing a mantle, showing His wounds, raising His right hand and holding a cross-staff (?) in His left hand.
2) Margins - Rectilinear bars decorated with interlace and foliage, and inhabited by a winged hybrid woman confronting a winged hybrid man, a hybrid man with bat's wings, wearing a dunce hat, a rabbit standing, two birds including a cock,and two men wearing trousers, wrestling with each other.
