Left column:
Christ: Resurrection -- Christ, crossed nimbus, right hand, bleeding from wound, raised in blessing, holding cross staff with left hand, steps with right foot, bleeding from wound, out of sarcophagus, onto one of three sleeping soldiers, one holding sword, the other with axe and shield. Wrapping cloth is draped over side of the sarcophagus.
Caption, RESURRECCIO DOMINI, is inscribed above scene.
Right column:
Samson: carrying Gates of Gaza -- Samson stands in opening of city gate, grasping each side with hand.
Caption, SAMPSON TULIT PORTAS URBIS GASE, is inscribed above scene.
