Christ: Temptation, 3rd -- In left column, devil, horned, standing on mountain surrounded by water, indicates with right hand buildings below. He looks back over left shoulder toward Christ, crossed nimbus, raising right hand in blessing, seated higher on the mountain.
Christ: among Doctors -- In right column, Joseph the Carpenter, wearing hat, holding crutch with right hand, raises left hand and looks toward Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, holding book with right hand, gesturing with left hand. In center, youthful Christ, crossed nimbus, gestures with both hands, and looks toward four men, wearing hats, two seated on bench, one with crossed legs, both gesturing with right hands. All look toward Christ.
