Magi: Adoration -- Below thatched roof with holes, supported by slender pole, Virgin Mary, nimbed, is seated on draped bed as large pillow on rush mat. She holds with both hands nude Christ Child, crossed nimbus, raising right hand in blessing and extending left hand to raised joined hands of eldest Magus, wearing ermine lined garment, kneeling before them. The other two Magi, one wearing hat with jewel ornament, extending right hand, holding covered vessel with left hand, looks toward youngest Magus, crowned, holding spherical vessel with both hands. Joseph the Carpenter, wearing cap, holding crutch with right hand, grasping pole supporting the roof, stands behind Mary.
