Upper half:
Christ: Presentation -- Anna the Prophetess, nimbed and veiled, holding two doves stands behind Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, extending with right hand nude Christ Child, crossed nimbus, looking back at Mary. Simeon stands opposite Virgin Mary with draped hands extended toward Christ Child. Draped altar on which is candle is in background.
Lower half:
Christ: Flight into Egypt -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, seated sideways on bridled ass, holds with both hands, swaddled Christ Child, crossed nimbus. Joseph the Carpenter, name inscribed YOSEPH, wearing cap, holding crutch, on which is small cask with handle, with left hand over left shoulder, holding reins from ass with right hand, looks back over right shoulder toward Virgin Mary and Christ Child.
