Monk, tonsured, wearing habit, kneeling, holding with joined raised hands, scroll inscribed ANGELE PRECLARE MI(HI) DEP(RE)COR AVXILIARE. He looks up toward half-figure of angel, nimbed, raising right hand in blessing, holding casket or miter with left hand. The angel is enclosed in medallion inscribed VIRTVTVM UERE FACIAM TE FLORE NITERE.
