Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, nimbed, wearing crown of thorns and short loin cloth, bleeding from wounds, is affixed with three nails to tau cross, at base of which are skull and bones. Flanking the cross are Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, standing with joined hands raised, and Evangelist John, nimbed, with left hand indicating Christ.
Margins with foliate and vinescroll ornament.
