Magi: Adoration -- Beneath rays issuing from Star of Bethlehem, Joseph the Carpenter, wearing hat, with joined hands raised, kneels beneath suspended staff and purse, behind Virgin Mary, nimbed, seated on bench, beneath canopy, supporting with both hands on her lap Christ Child, nimbed, nude, extending hands to extended vessel, filled with coins, held by eldest Magus, wearing purse at waist, kneeling beside crown, accompanied by standing middle Magus, wearing crown and ermine-trimmed garment, holding covered vessel in right hand and raising left hand to the Star and standing youngest Magus, wearing crown, holding covered vessel in left hand and gathering garments in right hand.
All before wattle fence in shed with hole in roof, landscape and trees in background.
