Christ: Presentation -- Veiled woman, with rays as nimbus, and Joseph the Carpenter, holding basket with doves, stand behind Virgin Mary, veiled, with rays as nimbus, extending nude infant Christ Child, with crossed rays as nimbus, across altar to Simeon of Jerusalem, extending draped hands. Diapered background and patterned floor.
Miniature enclosed in fluted frame with quatrefoils at corners, within an outer frame of decorated bands, with ivy-rinceaux ornament extending into margins.
