Shepherds: Annunciation -- Two shepherds stand amid sheep, each holding pedum with one hand and shielding eyes with the other arm. Third shepherd sits over crest of hill with joined hands raised. Above, bust of angel holds scroll with partially legible inscription of GLORIA IN EX[CELSIS].
Scene in landscape with trees and buildings. Miniature in grisaille with gold and color detail.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament, in grisaille with color detail, inhabited by bird.
