Magi: Adoration -- Two crowned younger Magi, including one beardless, both holding gifts in gold containers in left hands, stand behind the eldest Magus, kneeling, with crown around right arm, extending goblet of gold coins toward Christ Child, cross-nimbed, nude, seated on lap of Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, seated. Behind them is stable (shed) decorated with patterned fabric tapestry.
Scene in landscape setting with trees and castle in background, all within arched gold frame.
In right margin, peacock. In lower margin (bas-de-page), wild man, wearing leaves, holding club and shield, partly kneeling before bear dancing.
Margins decorated with foliate border of acanthus leaves and flowers.
