Eustace of Rome: Scene, Sons seized by Beasts -- In initial D, Eustace of Rome, nimbed, orant, stands in river. On bank behind Eustace, one son is carried off by lion and before him on bank in foreground, the other son is carried off by wolf.
Cosmos and Damian of Cilicia: Scene, doctoring -- In initial P, both Cosmos and Damian are nimbed. One holds instrument to bleeding head wound of man, with joined hands, and the other holds covered jar with both hands.
Initials on gold backgrounds and decorated with ornament of rinceaux.
