Confessio Amantis: Scene, Berillus burning in brazen Bull -- Siculus, crowned, wearing mantle and robe lined with vair, is seated on throne with canopy, gesturing with both hands, looking toward Berillus, wearing tall brimless hat, hands raised, amid flames in brazen bull. Between them are four men, wearing tall brimless hats, one wearing long fur lined tunic, two gesturing, two looking toward Berillus and two turning away from him.
