Initials D and P enclosing heads of men, wearing hats. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration inhabited by half figures of angels, gesturing, emerging from clouds (upper and lower) the lower also holding blank scroll; man enclosed in foliate bud flanked above by lion and below by collared monkey tied with weight (right); and half figures of two men, both wearing hats, gesturing, amid foliage (upper and lower right).
