In initial D, Ambrose of Milan, nimbed wearing miter, raises right hand in blessing and holds crozier with draped left hand.
In initial D, Gregory the Great, nimbed, wearing triple crowned papal tiara with infulae, holds processional cross with right hand and book with left hand.
Bernard of Clairvaux: Scene, Victory over the Devil (forcing the devil to recite psalms ?) -- In initial P, devil holds scroll with pseudo-inscription, next to Bernard, nimbed and tonsured, wearing white habit with hood, holding staff or crozier in right hand and book with left hand.
Initials on gold backgrounds and decorated with ornament of rinceaux.
