Legend, Tristan and Isolde: Galahad and Companions visiting Ill Tristan -- In left column, Tristan, nude, wearing headgear, head on pillow, reclines in draped canopy bed. Galahad and two knights, wearing gold and black armor, two with swords at waists, two holding spears, two back-turned, stand next to the bed. Scene in room with opening flanked by columns. Legend, Tristan and Isolde: Mark of Cornwall returning to Cornwall -- Mark of Cornwall, crowned, holding rod (?) with left hand, astride bridled horse with trappings, rides behind four horseman, two only partially visible. Another horseman, holding rod (?) with left hand, follows Mark. Scene in landscape with tower on mound in background with houses, some with chimneys, below.
