Acacius (?), nimbed, nude, upside down, is held at ankles by man wearing hood, with bells (?) hanging on peak of hood, around cape of hood, and lower edge of tunic. He is looking up over left shoulder toward three nude bodies, nimbed, possibly two men and one woman, bleeding from wounds, all impaled on branches of tree. At right, man, wearing gold chain around neck and across shoulders, wearing purse at waist and pattens, holding staff with left hand, indicates the bodies with right hand.
Scene on gold ground.
Margins decorated with rectilinear bars with vines.
