Claudius of BesanBRK240BRKcon, nimbed, wearing bishop's miter and vestments, raising right hand in gesture of blessing, holding crosier with left hand stands in windowed room before three tapestries. Center tapestry is inscribed SANCTUS CLAUDIUS ARCHIEPISCOPUS BISUNTINENSIS SANCTE CLAUDI CONFESSOR CHRISTI INTERCEDE PRO NOBIS AD DOMINUM NOSTRUM IHESUM CHRISTUM and is flanked by two inscribed PIERRE DE BOSREDONT across top and DI CHOSSON DE NIBORO across bottom.
Margins decorated with floreate ornament, including strawberry, inhabited by rabbit. In lower margin, heraldic shield of Pierre de Bosredont (quarterly, vair and gules).
