Two scenes within miniature:
1) Peter Exorcist and Marcellinus of Rome: Martyrdom -- Two executioners throw stones at Archemius, wife and daughter, all nimbed with joined hands to breasts. Basket of stones lies on ground next to executioners.
Below, two men, one holding staff in right hand and the other raising left hand, look on as executioner raises sword above heads of Peter Exorcist and Marcellinus of Rome. Marcellinus body is on ground, his nimbed, severed head beside body. Peter, nimbed, tonsured, wearing deacon's vestments, kneels with hands joined and inclines head.
2) Peter Exorcist and Marcellinus of Rome: Souls borne to Heaven -- Above, two angels carry nude souls of Peter Exorcist and Marcellinus of Rome in cloth toward heaven.
