Confessio Amantis: Scene, Solomon worshipping other Gods -- Nude statue of idol, crowned, with right hand on breast, holding bannered spear with left hand stands atop pedestal. At left are woman, wearing butterfly headdress and gown lined with vair, her left hand raised, her right hand on right shoulder of Solomon. Solomon, crowned, wearing robe lined with fur and mantle lined with vair, kneeling, orant, looking toward idol. At right is high priest (?), wearing pointed hat with brim and garment lined with vair, swinging censer.
Scene in room with windows, doorway and tile floor.
