Christ: Crucifixion -- Within initial D, Christ, rays as crossed nimbus, with crown of thorns, wearing loincloth is affixed with three or four nails (feet not visible) to cross. Cross is flanked by Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, with joined hands, and Evangelist John, nimbed, with joined hands.
