1) Initials KL:
Month, Occupation: January -- Two-faced Janus, wearing a hat, raises loaf in his right hand to mouth and drinks from a vessel in his left hand. He is seated behind a draped table laden with jug, fish on plate, and food.
2) Square vignette:
Zodiac Sign: Aquarius -- Partly nude man, wearing long loin cloth, pours water from a vessel.
3) Margins:
Rectilinear bars decorated with foliage, enclosing five heraldic shields, including Moreuil (two) and Hangest (one), and interlace.
