Zone 1:
1) Judas: returning Silver, and Judas: hanged -- Judas hands gold purse to high priest, wearing gold miter and flanked by two men. To right, Judas, in white tunic, hangs from gallows, right hand holding money purse whose strings reach to mouth and to foot of small, black devil escaping from Judas's mouth.
Scene caption, inscribed QUOMODO RESTITUIT DENARIOS ET POSTEA SE SUSPENDIT.
2) Christ: before Pilate, and Pilate: washing Hands -- Christ, crossed nimbus, stands with two priests, tearing at hair, before Pilate, crowned, enthroned, washing hands in basin into which boy pours water from vessel.
Scene caption, inscribed QUOMODO DIXIT SANGUIS EIUS SUPER FILIOS NOSTROS.
Zone 2:
3) Christ: Flagellation -- Christ, crossed nimbus, in transparent loin cloth, covered in bleeding wounds, is tied to column and beaten with scourges by two men wearing hats.
Scene caption, inscribed HAEC EST FLAGELLATIO AD COLUMPNAM.
4) Christ: mocked -- Christ, crossed nimbus, seated and wearing decorated pink cloak, with transparent veil pulled over head, is handed long staff by one of four men who strike Him.
Scene caption, inscribed HIC EST UELATUS A FACIE.
