Shepherds: Annunciation -- One of three shepherds raising left hand, holding pedum with right hand is seated on ground next to stream; the second shepherd, raises both arms; the third, wearing hat, stands raising right arm, holding pedum with left hand. All look up toward angel holding scroll inscribed with musical notation. Sheep stand among the shepherds; ram drinks from the stream. Rays descend from above right.
Scene in hilly landscape with building with towers in background.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament and inhabited by snail and bear holding bagpipe. (Scene, Burlesque: playing Musical Instrument)
