Cosmas and Damian, both of Cilicia, nimbed wearing hats, one holding scissors with right hand and raising urine flask with left hand, and the other raising medicine case with right hand and holding knife with left hand standing next to upright cornucopia (?) as initial I. Angel sitting on back of fish at base of the initial; dragon emerges from top.
