Upper zone:
1) John Baptist, scalloped nimbus, stands holding medallion with Lamb of God holding Cross in forepaw. Figure against green background decorated in gold.
2) Evangelist John, nimbed, stands holding palm in left hand and barrel on which sits eagle in right hand. Figure against blue background decorated in gold.
Lower zone:
Elizabeth of Hungary, decorated nimbus, veiled, distributes cross-inscribed loaf and other objects, possibly coins, to poor, including cripple and woman with infant. Scene against red background decorated in gold.
Figures within painted frame from which sprout leaves.
