Christ: Betrayal and Arrest and Apostle, Peter: cutting off Ear of Malchus -- Peter, tonsured, with rays as nimbus, raises sword in right hand above Malchus, kneeling on ground, with left arm raised, beside club on ground. To right stands Christ, with crossed rays as nimbus, with hands bound. To the left of Christ, with his back turned, stands Judas (?), and to His right are helmeted soldiers, some with spears and one with torch, and two men, one wearing hat. Scene in landscape with rocks and distant hills and trees.
Margins with vinescroll ornament in diagonal bands.
