Magi: Adoration -- Two magi, both wearing hat-like crowns and ermine-trimmed garments, holding gold vessels, stand behind third magus, kneeling on ground beside his crown, opening vessel held in both hands and extending it to Christ Child, nude, with crossed nimbus, extending hands to the vessel and held in lap of Virgin Mary, nimbed, seated before brocade cloth of honor beneath shed with holes in roof. Above is star, emanating rays. In background is landscape with trees and distant hills.
Margins with floreate and vinescroll ornament, inhabited by two fantastic animals with tongues extended.
