In upper margin, dragon (similar reversed image on recto).
In left margin, animal, possibly wolf or fox, wears red cloak, possibly suggesting cardinal, and reads from open book held in both hands.
All figures set within foliate border with flowers and acanthus leaves, surrounding calendar.
