Bust of man, left hand raised, enclosed in initial L decorated with foliate ornament and knot. Margins decorated with floreate ornament and gold balls; in lower center margin, cleric, tonsured, standing back-turned, looking upward toward gold ball. Pen flourished initials. Text is first lesson, first nocturn for Matins on Monday in second week of Lent.
