Column, right: Christ: Presentation -- Head of Joseph the Carpenter, and female attendant, veiled with wimple, with joined hands raised, accompanying Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, wearing ermine-lined mantle, extending hands to nude Christ Child, nimbed, standing on draped altar, His genitals touched by knife held in left hand of Simeon of Jerusalem, wearing hat and vestments, accompanied by two men, wearing hats or headgear. In background, retable decorated with figures. Scene with tiled floor inside temple with vaulted ceiling, surmounted by cupola and spandrels decorated with prophets with scrolls; half figures of four angels holding books, on roof. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, including columbines and strawberries, inhabited by two prophets, wearing hats or headgear, holding scrolls inscribed NOMINE EIUS and EST IHESUS (left).
