Two angels, with joined hands raised, kneel, looking up toward cross with four knots surrounding the crossing, upper and side arms terminating with curved ends. All within initial D decorated with foliate ornament extending into left margin. Text is collect in first Vespers on 9.14, Feast of the Exultation of the Cross.
