Four initials, the initial F decorated with foliage, at beginning of Collect, Fac nos quesumus domine diuinitatis tue, and three smaller initials, E, D enclosing bust of man, and D enclosing bust of animal hybrid, in Sext of Hours of the Holy Sacrament.
Margins decorated with curvilinear foliate stems and balls.
Margin, lower, inhabited by fish and half figure of hybrid animal with pointed dunce hat.
Margin, right, inhabited by nude man, wearing ailettes on shoulders, holding grapnel, seated on animal (?), and below, hybrid serpent exuding flames from body.
Line endings decorated.
