Psalm 110 (Vulg., 109):
1) Virgin Mary: Coronation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, crowned, hands joined in prayer, looks toward Christ, cross-nimbed, beardless, right hand touching the Virgin's crown, left hand hold globe, both seated on bench.
2) Trinity: Mercy Seat -- God the Father, cross-nimbed, beardless, seated on throne, holds figure of crucified Christ. Dove of Holy Ghost hovers between their heads.
Scenes in roundels against gold backgrounds within decorated initial D.
At left, man, holding flower (possibly lily), and woman, veiled, kneeling in prayer, possibly donor (patron) of manuscript, both standing within architectural setting of tower. They are supported by hybrid man, nimbed, with body of wingless dragon and foliate tail, extending across lower margin (bas-de-page). His head is framed by two decorated heraldic shields.
In upper margin, dog chases stag.
