1) Apostle, Paul: Miracle of raising Patroclus -- Apostle Paul, nimbed, preaches to crowd of people seated around pulpit. Two men carry Patroclus, seated upright, hands joined, on stretcher.
To left, within window of building, Nero, crowned, and two men look on.
2) Apostle, Paul: Martyrdom -- To right, Nero (represented twice), crowned, holding scepter in left hand, and two men, including one holding scimitar in right hand, look on as executioner raises sword above Paul, nimbed, blindfolded, kneeling, hands joined.
In background is landscape with buildings of city.
