Apostle, Paul: Letter II to Timothy -- Paul, nimbed, is seated in chair holding, with both hands, scroll inscribed PAULUS APOSTULUS CHRISTI IHESU PER VOLUNTATEM DEI SECUNDUM PROMISSIONEM. Two men, one wearing hat and the other wearing hood, stand facing Paul, the foremost holding staff in right hand, grasping the scroll with his left hand, and wearing round container at side.
Filigree decoration in background of scene and foliate ornament on marginal extenders.
Beginning of II Timothy.
