Border composed of bands of foliate ornament, inhabited by numerous grotesques, including hybrid men, some wearing hats, hoods, or helmets. In top margin two hybrids flank lozenge with Botetourt (?) or Tiptoft arms (or a saltire engrailed sable).
Band interrupted by quatrefoils and other geometric shapes enclosing geometric ornament.
Small initials with foliate ornament.
Square musical notation on four-line staves.
