Left column:
Christ: before Herod Antipas --Herod Antipas, inscribed HERODES, crowned, holding scepter with right hand, raising left hand, is seated on throne. He looks toward Christ, crossed nimbus, His hands crossed and bound. Man at right, wearing scimitar at waist, grasps with his left hand, left arm of Christ. Eight (?) soldiers, most only tops of helmets visible, stand behind Him, four holding weapons including halberd, spear and mace.Right column:
