Bearded God from behind supports nude half-figure of Christ, His head inclined, eyes closed, wearing crown of thorns, bleeding from wounds in head, side and hands, both emitting rays, before decorated panel held at ends by two angels and one raising right hand to face. (Dove not present). Scene against blue background. Borders decorated with foliate and ivy-leaf ornament. Miniature beginning Short Hours of the Holy Spirit.
