Within initial A, Virgin Mary, nimbed and crowned, is seated on bench, holding with both hands, nude (?) Christ Child nimbed, His face next to hers, His left arm around her neck.
Margins decorated with border of foliate rinceaux inhabited by butterfly, and birds.
